TERMS OF SALE
General Terms of Sale:
- Order will be normally shipped within 48 hours from the time of the receipt of your credit card or upon your check clearing our bank.
- All prices are in US Dollar funds.
- We will ship world wide. The shopping cart will calculate shipping after you have added your address and country.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
Ordering:
- Ordering is available by on-line, mail, or call for your order.
- Telephone orders may be called during store hours Monday through Friday 9AM – 5PM EST or EDT.
Payments :
- We accept US Checks, money orders, cashers checks, American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. International Money Orders must be in US funds. Please do not send cash.
- To keep our prices as low as possible we do not offer open accounts.
- Returned checks are subject to a $20.00 fee.
Taxes:
A 7% sales tax will be added to orders shipped within NJ by the checkout system. Security:
Your personal information and credit card number is taken on Authorize.net's secure server. Credit card numbers are not stored on our servers
Privacy Policy:
All information is confidential. We do not sell or share any customer information, names, addresses, and etc. No credit card numbers are kept on file. For more information check our “Privacy Policy” at the bottom of any of the web site screens.
Overseas Orders:
- All overseas orders must be paid using a credit card via Authorize.net's secure server
- Shipping will be estimated automatically after selecting your country and clicking the update button.
- Please specify Air or Sea mail in the comment box.
- If you have additional shipping instructions be sure to note them in the comment box.
Return Policy:
- There are no returns accepted or refunds given for books, packets, or brushes under any circumstance. No other returns without prior authorization.
- If information is missing from a book or pattern packet please contact us.
Damage/Errors:
- All orders are packed with utmost care. If damage should occur during transit please contact the carrier. Save all boxes, product, and packing material for inspection by the shipping company. You may not receive a claim if these items are not kept.
- If damage is our error, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.
- Small items are carefully wrapped for protection. Pleas check all packing material and boxes for shortages.
